What is my username and password?
Your username is your e-mail address. If you forgot your password, click “Edit a Listing”, then “Forgot Password”, and enter your e-mail. It will be sent to you if you are a registered user.
Why won’t my username and password work?
Please send us your name, email, and the name of the company you wish to edit and we will investigate this issue for you. Contact us at directoryquestions@reedbusiness.com or call 800-811-9588.
Why can’t I locate my company listing—it was there last year?
If you have not edited your listing in over 3 years, it may have been deleted from our database and may need to be re-entered. Contact us at directoryquestions@reedbusiness.com, call 800-811-9588 to inquire, or go ahead and create a new listing.
How much do the listings cost?
